DESCRIPTION:This course provides the relative theoretical and practical skills within mindfulness and is related to emotional exploration as well. The well-developed curriculum is based on understanding the development of youths’ physical and psychological characteristics\, existing strategies of mitigating emotional distress from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)\, and targeted mindfulness teaching techniques for youths.
