This course examines the importance of EDI\, theoretical frameworks for understanding diversity\, strategies for creating inclusive organizational cultures\, and methods for assessing and evaluating EDI initiatives.\nApril 1 – April 28\, 2026 (must be completed within 4 weeks)\nThis course is delivered online\, asynchronously\, allowing participants to learn and complete coursework in their own time.\nThis course is one of nine courses offered in partnership with TRAICON\, as part of our Nonprofit Management Essentials Suite.

DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce our two speakers coming to the Women’s Business Network Tradeshow on April 1st at The Venue\, starting at 5:30 pm.\n\n\n\nSheena Howard of Acceptance will present The Hormone Tax on Women Entrepreneurs\, a candid and timely workshop on the hidden physical and mental costs women often absorb while building a business.\n\n\n\nJessica Erickson of MicroAge Peterborough\, Whitby\, and Kingston will present Smart Tech Strategies for Today’s Business\, a practical session on cybersecurity\, privacy\, liability\, and the real opportunities and risks of AI.\n\n\n\nTogether\, these workshops speak to two realities of modern business ownership that matter deeply: personal capacity and digital resilience. This is not surface level networking. It is an evening designed to give women in business real insight\, useful takeaways\, and meaningful connection.\n\n\n\nWant to know what WBN is all about?
